Oil on board, 5" x 7"
$125.00 + $6.00 shipping in US.

This well-cared for barn is in the little rural town of Cove, Oregon. I've admired it in passing many times and finally got around to doing a painting of it.

How rural is Cove? Well, this scene is about one block from the heart of downtown, and I didn't edit out any other buildings.

A nice barn. Makes me feel like I have chores to do.

Thanks Bill (I think it's Bill...or is it Lisa? I never know for sure which one of you is writing, and "Thanks onpainting" just sounds silly.)

I love the purple roof and the red line at the base of the barn.

Nice. Is this pretty close to where you live Don?
Good looking scenery up in those parts.

Thanks, Frank. We live about 7 miles from Cove, where this barn is. But we just bought some land at the edge of Cove and plan to build our home there. It is indeed very beautiful.
