I'm going to be traveling for a few days to attend a family funeral and will be unable to paint or post. I'll leave you with this larger work, painted a couple of years ago. I plan to get back to blogging early next week. Have a wonderful weekend.

That painting is a WOW! So much implied and you, as the viewer, have to invent what can be seen from the balcony. I think that is such a great artist's device and here you have used it beautifully.

I first saw this painting in an art mag and it stopped me in my tracks. It conveys a sense of hope or promise ...anticipation for th next thing that happens. Barb
