Clear and Cold

It's cold--7 degrees!!! I take back everything I said in yesterday's post...I hate winter!

Just kidding, of course. How can you hate the beauty of these clear and cold days? Especially with a hot cup of coffee...and a comfortable chair...and a warm fire...and a window that's not frosted over?

I just now saw the lovely art and videos Don. It seems to me YOU make winter look good from my view here - those videos looks very cold and sign of warmth! Well it's especially magnified that I'm in the middle of an ice storm so bad even Wa-lMart HQ shut down for the day. But happy to see your painting shows a glimmer of hope/sun.

Beautiful painting - I think I will wait inside by the fire for you to bring it in.

Oh my, you get ice storms there, Erika? Those happen in western Oregon with some frequency, but are rare here in NE OR. They are really challenging, I know.

Yes, the sun WILL come out!

Thanks.
