Cup O' Cherries
Oil on board, 6" x 6"
$125 plus $6 shipping in U.S.
SOLD
We went to the Cove Cherry Festival Saturday--small town fun in a park-like setting. There were booths full of handcrafted arts, homemade baked goods and tickets for quilt raffles and barbecues. Local musicians fingered guitars on the open-mic stage while kids clambered onto the miniature train for a spin around the grounds.
Our chief goal was to get some fresh cherries, and we bought these large deep-purple beauties fresh from the local orchards. It doesn't get any better than that.

Nice series of cherries.. so do they get eaten afterwards?
Don I love this cherry series. You ought to do something with them fo next years Cherry festival. This is a very sweet painting. Nice seeing you two at the fair.
Couldn't take it any more, went out and bought cherries to go with lunch! :) Love the blue bowls!
Yes they do, Candy. I have to paint fast because they don't last long. Thanks for the visit.
Thanks, Katherine. It was good seeing you too.
Hope the cherries were good, Micah! Thanks for the note.
