My wife's favorite tree. They rank right up there for me too. Cottonwoods are so dignified--can you say that about a tree? They're so tall and stately, so gracefully formed. Dignified...yes.

Good job on these stream-side paintings. Have you heard that the oak is the king of trees and the beach is the queen? I've heard that since childhood.
