Indian Summer Stream

Oil on board, 11 1/8" x 12 3/8"
$600 plus $15 shipping in U.S.

A variation on a theme I've approached before--trying to catch a sense of the slow moving, sunlit waters of autumn. Our change of seasons has been a gradual one this year, and many of the leaves are just now turning to their richest colors.

What a stunning sense of light, Don. A masterful array of reflective subtlties and highlights. This painting has a wonderful presence far beyond its borders.

Marilyn, you're very kind--thanks. I like your recent version of a river a lot. Didn't know you were a rower until that post!
