We get some wonderful skies on summer days around here. Sometimes the thunderheads slowly gather and distant rumbles say you may be in for a storm. More often, the clouds put on their menacing face, then parade majestically and harmlessly along, decorating our world.
Brenda has a new cellphone with a slide out keyboard. She's all set up to send and receive text messages and--most importantly--hot off the press photos of our new grandson. She couldn't be happier. And (I have to say it) Grayson couldn't be cuter.

Beautiful painting. I like the composition and the play of light and shadow within the clouds.
