Tag, you are it! What that means is you need to post 5 little known facts about your self then tag five other people.

This has been going around for quite some time. Even so, I think it's a fun way to get to know other artists as well as circulate your blog and the blogs of others.

Have a great day!

Linda

Don, The title "Not Speaking"made my day, perfect. I grew up on a farm in northern Ohio and your paintings capture many childhood memories, great work..

Hi Linda,
I'm flattered for the tag, but I'll pass on this round. I did the tag thing on my Dec. 3 post. Your work is terrific.

Stephen, good to hear from you--thanks. Glad to see your success on your blog--so well-deserved.

Great title! It added to the visual pleasure!

Thanks, Lynne. One of those titles that was just a gift, it was so obvious. My titles are usually so prosaic.

Love it! Title, "body language", all of it. The richness of these watercolors is great to see.

Hi Deborah, glad you came by. Thanks for your generous comments. I'm enjoying your work.

I'm amazed that you can get away with just barely hinting at the landscape. Barn, straight line of shadow and the cows, also in a straight line. A minimum of details. no fuss. clean. Yet wonderfully engaging.

Your title is not prosaic! Prosaic might have been; Cheek to Cheek. get it?

Umm...I don't get it, Silvina :)

Thanks for your thoughts. Always good to hear from you.

Usually we enjoy a painting merely for the visual effect. However, on occasion, we are further charmed by the artist's impression/humor which is revealed in the title, such as this lovely painting of a couple at odds! Who among us cannot relate? Great whimsy and fantastic composition as well as the contrasts of black silhouetted against the white ground. Love it!

Jeanne, the design and title for this just fell in my lap all at once--a pure gift! Thanks so much for your thoughtful comments.
