Winter is going out like a lion, fighting a pitched battle in the skies over the valley. For a fleeting moment, sunlight finds its way through the storm clouds.

I can really get the feeling of the sky and light in this one Don.

Hey looks like some of the scenes around here, esp. this time of year! We had dumping snow last week and today it was warm enough to wear shorts and pull weeds in the garden.

It's a really lovely dramatic painting with interesting contrasts.

Thanks a lot, Diana. As they say, "Wait five minutes." A fairly typical northwest spring I guess, isn't it?

I love the sky and mountains.

I particularly like the jumble of bright color in the buildings all stretched in a row...

Thanks kindly, Jason!
