The setting sun had plunged the valley floor into deepening shadow. A chill was settling on the land. There was an icy layer beneath the new snow and I was walking gingerly, head down. When I stopped to look up, the view took my breath away. The mountains were glowing as if lit from within.

Mesmerizing colors. What a gorgeous piece.

I have to tell you, I'm enjoying your little video clips.
The drives through the icy town with the radio on are intriguing. Thanks for sharing those moments.

Silvina, I always am glad to hear from you--thanks. I'm having a blast doing these little movies. They are a fun diversion--my ambition is that some might rise to the "that's so bad it's good" category.

Very nice painting with the feel of winter cold sunlight on the hills.
