The crows found a nice old golden willow for their nest. The signs are everywhere--spring is making itself felt in fits and starts. We'll wake one day soon and be stunned by a world suddenly turned green.

Speaking of crows, I spent the day yesterday making monotype prints over at the Crow's Shadow Institute of the Arts, near Pendleton Oregon. Every few years they hold a "Monothon", inviting artists from all over the region to work in their first class print studio. I'll post a photo essay on the experience soon.
