A slightly larger painting today. The cow on the right has eaten her fill of good alfalfa hay and, facing the sun, is starting to doze off. I know the feeling...not of eating hay...of dozing off.

Don, I just love this cow painting (love cows period)! I photographed some cows at an apple orchard back in the fall with the hope that I would get to paint them with my pastels. You make me want to throw my teapot painting aside and get started!
