I plan to return to the mural this week. Reta, my wife's beloved mother, passed away last week at age 91. Our days have been filled with all the attendant details. The sorrow of loss mingled with the joy of family and friends, as we gathered to remember the richness she brought to all our lives. It was, as such times are, bittersweet.

Saturday's graveside service, simple and beautiful, took place under a deep blue summer sky dotted with immaculate white clouds.

My sincere condolences Don, especially to Brenda. I don't think we ever stop being 'the little girl' at heart.
